One of our clients is looking to take on new UKUS Recruitment Consultants. Are you a driven and ambitious individual looking to excel in a high calibre company?

As part of the Crawley office, you will be working closely with other members from the New York City and North Carolina offices providing solutions for the vast American life science and pharmaceutical market.

With over 140 consultants worldwide, you will be working tirelessly as part of a team to support clients in a hugely business critical period in Pharma and Life sciences given the COVID - 19 Pandemic which has not slowed the industry or our client down.Our client has proven its ability to not just withstand but thrive in even the most challenging of times.

Working in the US function with our client, you will get to enjoy your mornings off, giving you plenty of free time, before you start your day at 12:00 and finishing at 21:00. On a Friday, you will be able to leave at 18:30. The client favours face to facemeetings and this rewards consistent billers the opportunity to spend some of the time in the United States of America having meetings.

**The Offer**:

- **£20,000-£22,000**:

- £50,000 - £85,000 OTE with a flexible salary scheme.
- Mornings off: A work pattern of 12:00 - 21:00 (18:30 on a Friday)

**Expectations**:

- A minimum of 12 months in either recruitment or proactive sales OR a graduate degree
- Confidence in ability to adapt to a particularly high calibre industry
- Target driven and self motivated with a innate resilience
- Strong negotiation skills
- Proficient Mathematical capability

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing the full 360 recruitment process
- Consistently developing business with emerging, nice companies
