**Title**: Customer Service Advisor (full-time & part-time roles available)

**Location**: West Didsbury, Manchester (inc. some home working once fully trained)

**Salary**: Basic £20k (pro-rata) + bonus (realistic OTE c£26k+)

**Working Hours**:

- Full time - 37.5hrs over 5 days per week (shift rota including one in three Saturdays)
- Part time - 25hrs over 3 days per week (including a set weekend shift)

Due to consistent and continued growth, MMA-Digital several exciting opportunities to hire a number of customer focused and results driven Customer Service Advisors to join our service contact centre teams based in West Didsbury, Manchester. Tasks

What are we looking for?
- Due to the nature of the clients we interact with, we would also consider Health Care Assistants, Care Assistants or perhaps you are working in hospitality and feel you need a change of career.
- Note that full training will be provided, so you will be given every opportunity to succeed and we are looking for people who are keen to develop as the company grows further.

Role Responsibilities
- Manage new claims enquiries via inbound or outbound

calls to follow up on our customer’s initial web enquiry - so no cold
calling involved
- Predominantly focused on medical negligence and personal injury related claims, your role will be to assess the enquiries and look for potential opportunities for pursuing a claim. This will be done by

running through a structured pre-qualification call with the customer to obtain specific information. If the criteria is met, then the case is forwarded to the relevant solicitor partner.
- Working to set key performance targets and ensuring that all enquiries are handled in accordance with service level agreements and applicable regulations (don’t worry full training given)

**Requirements**:

- As mentioned above, previous experience as a Customer Service Advisor would be advantageous though not a must-have.
- A commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- You will need to be computer literate
- Target driven and able to successfully meet KPI measures.
