As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that every customer interaction is positive, efficient, and leaves a lasting impression. Your goal will be to provide prompt, professional, and courteous service to all customers, addressing their needs and resolving any issues they may have.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Problem Resolution**: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues, ensuring a satisfactory outcome.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to provide customers with informed assistance.
- **Data Entry**: Accurately record customer interactions and transactions, ensuring that all customer details and communications are logged correctly.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather customer feedback and provide insights to help improve our products and services.
- **Process Improvement**: Suggest ways to improve customer service processes and systems to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, but not required. We value a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Comfortable using computers and customer service software.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work well in a team environment.
- **Empathy**: A genuine desire to help others and an ability to empathize with customer needs.

Pay: From £24,453.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus scheme
- Commission pay
