We are looking for someone enthusiastic and outgoing to join our SLM Toyota Norwich team as a Site Support Consultant.

**Key Job Areas of the Site Support Consultant role**:

- Be an integral support to the team of Customer Consultants.
- Maintain the showroom environment.
- Manage the display and sales of Toyota merchandise.
- Be tech savvy and Maintain advertisements for new and used vehicles using SLM and Toyota internal systems and social media.
- Liaise between our team of customer consultants, the workshop, valeting team and Bodyshop to ensure vehicles are prepped for handover.
- Ensure cleanliness of all parking areas and entrances.
- Maintain the forecourt and carpark, and control vehicle movement.

**What we’re looking for in a Site Support Consultant**:

- Genuine interest in cars/automotive industry.
- Previous experience in an automotive or innovative retail environment.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to work on own initiative or with minimum supervision.
- Excellent communication, administrative and organisational skills.
- Polite, calm and approachable personality.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Flexible ‘can do’ attitude.
- Full UK driving licence.

Toyota Norwich is part of SLM Group which continues to be run as a family company and has grown to include sites across East Sussex, Kent, Norfolk and Suffolk.
