As a Recruitment Consultant at 4Recruitment Services, you will play a crucial role in connecting top talent with our clients, ensuring a perfect match for both parties.
This position offers the flexibility of working from home with occasional on-site visits to the office.

  • Trades/Construction Consultant
  • Social Work Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Identify and attract top talent through various recruitment channels.
  • Conduct interviews, assessments, and background checks.
  • Match candidates to suitable job opportunities based on their skills and experience.
  • Provide expert advice and market insights to clients and candidates.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all parties.
  • Keep accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate details.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the specified specialisation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific trends and regulations.
