We are now looking for a Financial Director Designate / Finance Manager to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. This role will be remote with travel into the office in Perth required once or twice a month.
**The Benefits**:

**The Role**
As the Financial Director Designate / Finance Manager, you will help accelerate our journey to profitable market dominance by ensuring healthy finances and financial management across our organisation.
In this hands-on role, you will take ownership of our financial and administrative systems and controls and work diligently to improve all areas of these across our business.
You will also work with the leadership team to advise and add a financial viewpoint regarding the decision-making process, including highlighting any consequences that might otherwise have been missed.
Additionally, you will:

- Create monthly and annual reports
- Manage cash flow and tax affairs
- Evaluate credit requests
- Develop and review budgets and financial plans
- Fulfil the day to day and month-end bookkeeping, ledger and accounts processes
**About You**
To be considered as the Financial Director Designate / Finance Manager, you will need:

- A CIMA or CA qualification
- A minimum of three years’ experience in financial management including managing a team
- Experience of Sage 50 and Excel
- Experience of importing and foreign exchange
- Experience of all aspects of taxation
