**Typical responsibilities will include**:
To accurately record and process sales ledger transactions on a timely basis.To collect cash from the Group’s customers and help in the credit management cycle.
- To assist on purchase ledger where time allows.
- To chase overdue invoices with customers both electronically and over the phone
- To assist in the invoice and payment deduction dispute resolution process
- To assist in the day to day management of the accounts receivable inbox and customer prices inbox
- To assist in the entering sales receipts on the sales ledger
- To assist in the entering of invoices on the purchase ledger
- To process rebate invoices onto the sales ledger
- To assist the other Accounts Administrator in reviewing the ledger, acting on and escalating any issues
- To assist in the credit control management cycle
- To assist in the reconciliation of sales interface between the factory and accounting systems
- To assist in sending statements to customers
- Positive approach to work and problem solving, demonstrating good communication and IT skills (including Excel).Previous experience of sales ledgers and purchase ledgers would be an advantage.
- To assist in the updating of customer prices

**Salary**:Competitive
**Hours**:Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm (Temp position)
**Pension Scheme**: Employee contributions 8% / Employer contribution 3% (FTC only)
