**Responsibilities**:
Digital 51 are proud to be exclusively partnered with a technology business which was established with the clear purpose of improving, and supporting mental health, and well-being in the workplace.

We are looking for the new Head of Customer Success to join this business.

You will be joining a Founder owned business which was formed 3 years ago, and is now looking to grow their team. You will be joining a business which following the hiring of a Head of Growth in the past 6 months, has doubled it's client base. Most importantly, you will be joining a business which combines science and technology to improve the happiness of people in the workplace.

If successful in joining this business you will receive:

- A salary of up-to £80,000
- The ability to work remotely 4 days per week
- Access to the team and London office 1 day per week

We are looking to speak with you if you are able to demonstrate the below:

- A proven history of working within Customer Success, where you can demonstrate the impact you have had on the business you have worked for, and those who have been your customers.
- A passion for mental health and well-being which comes from a belief system of how important a topic this is.
- The ability to manage multiple projects, process, and customers at the same time. Delegating, engaging, and resolving issues along the way.
- An understanding of working as part of a technology focused businesses, and providing Customer Success solutions via in person and technology.

This role will allow you to:

- Be the face of our client when it comes to Customer Success.
- Lead all client enagement across the group, ensuring retention, and maximisation of the tools and services available.
- Collaboratively work with individuals and teams across the business to ensure the stragetic improvement of the service offered by this business.
- Work with senior leadership on the future direction and ambition of the business.
- Work hand in glove with the Growth team to support the aquisition of new customers, by outlining the success of the existing client base.
- Develop trusted relationships both internally and externally.
