Summary of the role
Atalian Servest is currently recruiting for a Compliance Assistant to join our passionate and driven Compliance team in Loanhead (Edinburgh).
The Compliance Assistance will report directly to the Snr Compliance Manager. The role will be office-based to assist the Snr Compliance Manager in all aspects required to maintain the organisations accreditation. After training there will be some opportunities to work from home.
This is a busy and varied role which will require excellent communication and the ability to adapt to the demands of the business.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Assist in compliance administration tasks to help support the QHSE Compliance Team.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Conversant in MS Office Packages, particularly Excel.
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail in all written correspondence and when entering employee data into the systems.
- The ability to communicate with people from different levels of the organisation and across the different lines of business.
- Good team player with the ability to build effective team relationships and promote an environment of trust and flexibility.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and be self-motivated.
- To have a flexible and positive attitude to work.
