We are looking for an experienced Software Account Manager to join a global technology business. Helping their aligned sales teams maximize their revenue potential through proactive and reactive customer account management.

With excellent organizational and relationship building skills, you will be able to identify key opportunities and prioritize to meet deadlines and targets set by management.

The ideal Software Solutions Specialist will have:

- A minimum of 12 months experience in a customer service or call centre environment
- A data driven background, with administrative skills
- Microsoft Office knowledge - Word, Excel and Outlook, Visio
- Passionate, professional, with a 'can-do’ attitude
- Self-motivated and looking for challenge
- Mature in attitude with the confidence to liaise with clients
- Proactive thinking
- Desire to grow and develop within the business
- Ability to perform under pressure and to deadlines

As a Software Account Manager you will have the opportunity to:

- Maximize revenue potential through proactive and reactive approaches
- Work with the latest software sales and licensing accreditations
- Hone your skills in data driven solutions and customer service
- Identify key opportunities and prioritize to meet deadlines and targets set by management
- Achieve sales-based targets set by management
- Provide cover to the solutions team through busy periods, annual leave, and sickness
