We support clients across a wide range of sectors, working with them to continuously improve their Health and Safety performance; to safeguard their people, customers, and the reputation of their businesses.

Our team has been working from home for 7 years, with our Health and Safety consultants going out to work with our clients most days of the week. We have an office in Daventry for hybrid working and team meetings.

**Job description**

The role of Sales Administrator is to support our Sales processes. This role would suit someone who is detailed, reliable, and is confident to communicate with customers.

Full or Part time hours are available, between 24 - 40 hours per week.

This is a hybrid role, with flexibility to work from home or from our office in Daventry.

**Main Responsibilities**:
Active sales:

- Being responsible for Sales with existing clients
- Processing and sending Quotes for work with existing clients
- Following up with clients about Quotes we’ve sent
- Requesting Purchase Orders from clients
- Requesting information from clients to onboard them onto our systems
- Preparing and sending contracts to new clients
- Preparing and sending Renewal Letters to existing clients

Administrative processes in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) including:

- Managing and maintaining Sales data
- Preparing monthly sales reports
- Reviewing reports with the Commercial Director and Marketing Manager

Other:

- Scheduling work into Consultants’ diaries
- Additional administrative tasks as required

**Essential Qualifications/Education/Skills/Experience**:

- High standard of English (written and verbal)
- Good standard of Maths

**Desirable Qualifications/Education**:

- NVQ in Business and Administration
- GCSEs or equivalent
- A or AS Levels or equivalent
- Degree or equivalent

**Essential Knowledge/Skills/Experience**:

- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Intermediate IT skills
- Able to demonstrate managing time efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Able to demonstrate working both within a team environment and independently
- Able to demonstrate working to deadlines
- Able to demonstrate performing multiple tasks
- Able to adapt and be flexible to needs of the business

**Desirable Knowledge/Skills/Experience**:

- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Previous customer service experience
- Previous sales experience
- CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system(s)
- Previous experience of managing, organising and maintaining data
