**Role and Responsibilities; Parts and warranty administrator**

**We are recruiting to add to our dedicated aftersales team. We are a small, friendly and busy Caravan, Motorhome and Campervan retailer near Daventry, Northants.**

**Role**

**To order parts as required for our customer's and stock vehicles, from a variety of suppliers. And to maintain excellent records of parts and communicate effectively with our customer base. A knowledge of parts ordering from motortrade and/ or the caravan or motorhome trade would be an advantage.**

It is the role of the parts administrator to affectively, accurately, and economically, obtain parts for retail clients and for internal use by the workshop. You will also be required to order parts in for insurance work from estimates and any parts and labour claims required to carry out warranty work. You will keep the workshop parts stores tidy and organised. All parts orders will need for you to communicate with both the supplier and customer regarding expected delivery dates and late arrivals. You will liaise with the workshop manager, sales team, workshop team and shop team. You will communicate efficiently with our customers.

Your role will also include from time to time undertaking the role of the service reception and to meet and greet customers collecting or delivering their vehicles for service. You will communicate with the customers affectively. You will adhere to the best practise procedure as set out by the NCC. You will have a responsibility to ensure that the health and safety policy and good working practises are adhered to.

It will be your number one priority to offer a first class service to all customers at all times.

Additionally you may be required to attend industry trade launches, exhibitions and training days. You may also be required to work weekends.

**Accountability and Responsibilities**
- Day to day management of the parts spreadsheet
- To liaise efficiently with all customers
- Meet and greet service customers
- To maintain a clean and well run working environment
- To claim all warranty parts
- Adhere to NCC best practise guidelines

**Organisational Alignment**
- Reports to the workshop manager, sales manager and sales director
- Attend weekly meetings with workshop manager
- Attend regular appraisals and work to further develop your role
- Foster close working relationships with directors, management and staff

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£22,400.00 per year
