We're looking for an experienced **Proposals Manager** to support our Work Winning team and ensure we deliver first class content to help us win career-enhancing Civils projects across the UK.

The location of this role is flexible, but there is a requirement for some regular travel to our Head Office in Knutsford.

**The Proposals Manager Role**

**In Bid**:

- Undertake the role of Quality Lead on submissions (PQQ and Tender):

- Preparing submission Templates
- Managing (facilitate as required) response storyboarding sessions
- Managing (including allocating resource) and providing guidance to the team of Bid Writers and response owners
- Producing final hard copy / online submissions
- Preparing post tender client presentations including producing required content in conjunction with Bid Manager and Bid/Project Director
- Supporting the work winning team in improving and coordinating an efficient proposals management process

**Out of Bid**:

- Working with SRM MarComms team to develop a social media plan for Senior Leaders within Civils
- Coordinating Civils Senior Leadership thought leadership social media posts (LinkedIn / Twitter etc.)
- Setting up, managing and maintaining an Evidence / Content library, ensuring information contained within is up to date and relevant
- Supporting Civils Projects, as required, producing Newsletters, Comms outputs or similar

**Your Profile**
- Proven ability of creating and producing outstanding contemporary tender /PQQ submission returns
- Proven experience of managing a team of Bid Writers / response owners through a tender process
- Public Sector tendering experience is essential
- An effective communicator, both written and verbally
- An established collaborator with the ability to quickly build effective relationships internally and externally
- HNC or Degree qualified or (equivalent) in Graphic Design, Business Management, Marketing or similar, preferably with experience in Construction or Civil Engineering
