**SHIFT PATTERN: 4 week rolling rota**

**PAY RATE: £12.36 Per Hour**

**OVERVIEW OF JOB DESCRIPTION**

The CCTV and Security Control Room Officer role ensures that exemplary security and customer service standards are always provided to the client and visitors. A can-do attitude is essential in this highly influential role.

**Main Duties & Responsibilities**:
As a CCTV and Security Control Room Officer your role will be varied including ensuring the safety and support of various teams, customers and retailers both inside and outside of the Potteries Centre.

ABM UK aim to meet and exceed our client’s requirements and it is of vital importance that we achieve high standards of service when looking after the security and visitor experience of our guests.
- To provide detailed attention to and operate to a high competence the Centre CCTV system
- To deliver top class level of customer service when responding to telephone calls and car park queries
- To complete routine checks and maintain a safe working environment
- To monitor Fire Panel
- To control Contractor access to site
- To produce Incident reports in a timely manner

**Essential Requirements**:

- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to balance competing priorities and workloads.
- Able to remain calm under pressure.
- Adaptable and flexible in approach to work required.

**Qualifications**:

- Current SIA CCTV licence
- Able to use Word, Excel software to a basic standard
- Relevant training will be provided
