A proactive self-starter, you’ll be leading on our day-to-day local community and events fundraising, meeting your annual income targets by increasing ‘in aid of’ fundraised income across various community markets, and delivering fundraising events, whilst providing outstanding donor/supporter stewardship. This will include establishing a community fundraising committee, growing a team of community fundraising volunteers, and contributing to developing a fundraising culture throughout Enham Trust by delivering colleague fundraising awareness and engagement activity.
You’ll be a collaborative team member, working alongside our individual donor and corporate partnerships fundraisers to deliver on multi-market campaigns, income opportunities, and donor pathways.
You’ll be supported and line managed by the Fundraising Manager, receiving regular 1:1 supervision, annual appraisals, and planned training and development opportunities.
**Hybrid Role (combination of homeworking, commuting, and office based in Enham Alamein, Hampshire. Minimum 2 days per week in office.**
