**Groups Finance Administrator**

**£11.54ph (£22,500 pa pro rata)**

**Based in Andover**

**Part Time Hours -22.5 hrs per week to be completed over 3-4 days per week**

**Start at beginning of November - Temporary position 6-8 weeks**

We are working with our Client, a well-known Charity based in Andover, who are looking for a Groups Finance Administrator role in a six-week temporary contract from November. The role will maintain accurate records for auditing purposes for all groups relatedfinance administration, as well as taking responsibility for ongoing administrative projects relating to groups monies. This role includes general administration duties like mail-outs, data input (CRM database/excel) and transaction notifications.

As the Groups Finance Administrator, you will
- Assist with the group’s annual financial returns (as part of the society yearly audit). Working closely with the finance department and the Regional Administrator Manager and assist with completion of routine audit queries
- Assist with all aspects of the recording and reconciliation of groups finances and administration and maintain accurate records on Microsoft excel and internal CRM database systems
- Regularly updating and communicating group balances to regional managers
- Supporting volunteers, fundraising team, legacy team and Regional Managers with group donations, ring-fencing, closing/opening of group accounts and other finance processes as outlined by the finance team and Regional Administrator Manager
- Assisting in the production of ad-hoc reports and information for all departments
- In collaboration with the Regional Administrator Manager and other department managers, contribute towards developing and improving group financial processes and systems
- Able to communicate effectively when coordinating group finance queries and updates

- Excellent level of computer literacy and use of MS Office software
- Attention to detail.
- A team player, with flexible approach
- Excellent interpersonal and administration skills
- Good communication skills (written and oral)
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Understanding of data protection
- Ability to multitask and prioritise multiple projects and work streams

Desirable skills/experience:

- Knowledge of CARE CRM an advantage
- Working knowledge of company in house databases and systems
- Experience of working within a finance team desirable but not essential.
