Horsham - 100% office based

We are working with a brilliant business in the recruitment of an Accounts Payable Assistant to support the Director of the business with the day to day management of the Accounts.

Day to day your duties may include:

- End to end support in the management of the Accounts Payable processes
- Inputting invoices, ensuring PO numbers are matched and updated on the system, paying suppliers, ledger reconciliations etc.
- Working on Sage Line 50
- Speaking to suppliers with queries
- Supporting with the petty cash and credit card expenses
- Ensuring PO numbers are matched and updated on the system

This is the chance to work within a supportive, friendly environment where you will be part of an experienced team.

We are looking for someone with previous experience in a similar role, ideally within an SME business, experience working on Sage, excellent attention to detail and a great team player.

Please note due to the location of this role, you will need to drive.
