Due to an internal promotion - we are now looking for a highly motivated **Inside Sales Manager** to work in close liaison with the National Sales Manager, manage a thriving team of Inside Sales Coordinators and subsequently driving performance throughout the organisation, growing the market share to achieve sales quotas bygenerating & closing new opportunities whilst continually enhancing the customer experience and our clients’ success in the Dental market. **Responsibilities**: - Manage sales team, coordinate activities in line with wider company objectives - Promote upsell and cross sell opportunities in order to achieve/exceed set sales targets each month - Ensure a high level of accuracy throughout the team when processing orders - To process enquiries efficiently within the turnaround time scales you have set - To be aware of all products/current offers - To be able to facilitate & use the Live chat facility throughout the team - To ensure all contact with customers are accurately recorded on our database - To adhere to Company policies, procedures and standards within the workplace - Be an enthusiastic, positive team player who spearheads a friendly, helpful and fun team **About You**: - People Management experience essential and proven ability to lead, coach & inspire others in line with wider company objectives - Dental experience desirable - Thorough knowledge of 'inside sales’ functions, including CRM systems; excellent written & verbal communication skills - Enthusiasm, flexibility and attention to detail - Reliability and a desire to "go the extra mile" - Good objection handling skills - Work well under pressure and enjoy a challenge **Dental Business Manager - Alex Hepworth** to discuss further._
