We have a fantastic opportunity for an Inside Sales Representatives to join our Sales team, based at our centre in Castleford. The role involves calling prospective customers (inbound and outbound) in order to generate leads and book appointments for the territory field sales team members. About The Role This role involves generating sales opportunities through outbound and inbound contact, utilising data from a CRM base in order to promote our forklift product solutions and services. On a day-to-day basis this is what you would be doing: Direct selling to customers Updating the customer relationship management (CRM) system Perform direct selling to customers and prospects for products within the Toyota's portfolio Who are we looking for? We are looking for a passionate, bold, strong-minded team member who is eager to learn and develop a career in sales. Here is a quick tick list for the other skills we are looking for: Passionate and results driven person A strong team player Strong communication skills Excellent organisation and time management skills Experience of both traditional and online interaction with customers with be desirable but not essential PC literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes Full training on the products and systems will be provided.
