The role involves calling prospective customers (inbound and outbound) to generate leads and book appointments for the field sales team members. Responsibilities Direct selling to customers Updating the customer relationship management (CRM) system Perform direct selling to customers and prospects for products within Toyota's portfolio Qualifications Passionate and results driven person A strong team player Strong communication skills Excellent organisational and time management skills Experience of both traditional and online interaction with customers desirable but not essential PC literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes Full training on the products and systems will be provided.
