Concept are currently recruiting for Call Centre/Customer Service Advisor to work for a leading IT services organisation on an initial 6 month contract

**What will your day-to-day activities involve?**
- Taking high volumes of incoming calls.
- Aiming to resolve customer queries and faults with equipment.
- Updating queries onto the database.
- Updating system for other users.
- Offer guidance to clients and identifying faults.
- Working to strict deadlines and service level agreements

**What are we looking for?**
- Excellent customer service skills.
- The ability to learn some technical product information.
- Strong MS Office knowledge.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience of working within a call centre/customer service environment.

**Working Hours**
- You will be working on shift hours between Monday - Sunday
- This position is remote based

**What's on offer?**
- You will be paid £12.50-£14.00 per hour depending on experience via Umbrella company
- Your contract will be starting ASAP for an initial 6 month period
