**Salary**:£18,200-£21,000, DOE - Pro Rata
**Contract**: Permanent, Part Time
**Hours**: 15-20 hours, working 2-4 days per week

**Sales Ledger Clerk - The Role**:
This is a great role based in a dynamic and friendly technology company which requires a flexible and motivated individual. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you are responsible for ensuring all clients are invoiced correctly and payment is received on time.
For the right individual, the role is likely to grow in hours, finance tasks and responsibilities over the next few years.
**Sales Ledger Clerk - Key Responsibilities**:
- Producing invoices based on consultant timesheets and fixed project fees
- Liaising with Sales Department to ensure accurate invoicing
- Distribute Sales invoices to individual customer requirements
- Filing invoices for reference and audit
- Recording sales receipts and remittance advice
- Monitoring of terms and payments and working with client to ensure timely payment
- Having a working knowledge of Purchasing
