**About Hobbledown Heath**:

**Role Purpose**:
As a member of the Entertainments Team, you’ll bring the magic of Hobbledown Heath to life for our guests. You’ll deliver engaging, interactive, and family-friendly experiences—from character performances and storytelling to leading games and seasonal activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver high-energy, guest-focused entertainment experiences (e.g., character acting, storytelling, leading interactive activities).
- Perform in costume, staying in character to enhance guest immersion.
- Engage with guests of all ages, ensuring memorable and safe experiences.
- Support the running of seasonal events (e.g., Easter trails, Halloween shows, Christmas activities).
- Assist with setup and pack down of entertainment areas, props, and equipment.
- Work collaboratively with fellow team members to maintain consistent quality in performances.
- Ensure a safe environment for guests by following health & safety and safeguarding procedures.
- Promote Hobbledown Heath’s values of fun, imagination, and inclusivity.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Confident performer with experience in entertainment, acting, children’s parties, theatre, or themed attractions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and entertain children and families.
- Outgoing, energetic, and comfortable performing in front of groups.
- Ability to work in character, sometimes in costume or masks.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a flexible approach.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work under pressure during busy peak periods.
- Previous experience in customer service or guest-facing roles desirable.

**Requirements**:

- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Willingness to work weekends, school holidays, and seasonal evenings.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weathers.
- Performance or entertainment background preferred.
