SCIB VP - Cash Management Sales

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

**Business area introduction**

Global Transaction Banking sits in SCIB and is primarily responsible for transaction origination for Cash Management and Basic Lending products, Export Solutions, and Working Capital Solutions. GTB business covers a diverse client perimeter including Banking & Corporate Finance (BCF) UK and Multinationals, International Financial Institutions UK (IFI), and Export Credit Agencies (ECA).

Cash Management provides treasury solutions to corporates to effectively manage their accounts, payments, collections, and liquidity.

**Key activities**
- Identify and sell innovative Cash Management solutions to a defined portfolio of clients
- Act as advisor, consultant, and first point of contact for clients’ Cash Management needs across Europe
- Achieve business growth by maintaining and enhancing existing revenue streams, as well as developing new ones
- Manage client journey from sales to implementation, and act as escalation point of contact
- Work with internal teams, such as Banking and Corporate Finance (BCF), as well as colleagues within GTB, Legal, and Middle Office, to ensure that opportunities are identified and prioritised accordingly
- Key influencer of GTB innovation through continuous client feedback to ensure GTB is at the forefront in meeting future client requirements
- Adherence to GTB internal processes to ensure control and transparency over sales activity

**What we’re looking for**
- Detailed knowledge and experience of Cash Management products and services
- Extensive experience selling cash management solutions to global corporates
- Fluent English written, verbal and presentation skills.
- ACT Cert ICM / ACIB qualification
- SWIFT accredited practitioner
- Written and Spoken Spanish language skills
- Other European language skills

**What else you need to know**

This role is based in our Triton Square office in London, conveniently located within walking distance from Euston Station and Warren Street Station.

Given the recent impact of the Coronavirus outbreak we will be conducting all interviews via telephone or video-conference where possible.
