**The Graduate Internship Scheme **is a collaboration between the University of Sunderland, a recent Graduate and a regional SME. The Scheme has been designed to benefit both the Graduate and the company, ensuring that the Graduate takes the first steps on the career ladder whilst the company benefits from the Graduates enthusiasm, expertise and up to date knowledge.

**The Internship is a full-time position.**

McGrady Clarke provides business energy management and sustainability solutions across the UK and Europe. Our aim is simple: to reduce energy costs, improve energy management and reduce the carbon associated with our client’s operations.

Our teamwork with some of the largest and most complex energy users in the UK and Europe, using insight and innovative technologies to deliver cost and carbon savings. We cover the full energy value chain including legislative advice, market analysis, wholesale procurement, billing management, reporting, finance support, metering and energy efficiency technology integration.

Our sustainability solutions address the multifaceted environmental, economic, and social challenges facing business today. Our projects enhance sustainable development opportunities, heighten operational efficiencies and reduce environmental impact to future proof your business in the evolving global economy. A flexible but targeted approach to energy and sustainability consulting enables our clients to navigate their way to a more cost-effective, efficient and sustainable future.

We have an excellent new opportunity for a proactive graduate to work collaboratively across our projects. The graduate will be working alongside the management team, assisting in the process of delivering energy management projects to clients. Whilst working on other projects such as but not limited to; embodied carbon, carbon offsetting and carbon trading.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Carbon accounting
- Energy Management Analysis
- kVA analysis
- Proposal / bid writing
- Develop TCFD reporting solution
- Working collaboratively and in partnerships
