- Business development experience and / or the hunger to get involved - you don’t need to be a sales whiz, but everyone has a part to play in growing our business.
- Competent user of data management software (for example Excel) and systems for data cleansing, management, analytics, and quality assurance - we have complimentary teams of digital gurus for the really tricky stuff, but you need to know your way around Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Leadership experience in the conception, development and implementation of large programmes would be beneficial and credibility as you'll be working with clients from day one.

**What will you be doing?**
- Own and manage carbon accounting processes and methodologies for embodied and whole life carbon
- Develop, manage and continue development of in-house carbon estimation tools
- Validate carbon baseline and consolidate opportunities for carbon reduction
- Undertake or support carbon accounting at different RIBA (or equivalent) stages and recognise and manage the requirements and data required at each stage
- Control the level of assumptions and methodology required for each client
- Developing approaches to assess the impact of climate change policies and energy markets on customers financial performance
- Develop and manage use of external tools (e.g. OneClickLCA)
- Engage digital solution market leaders to maximise efficiency
