Our client, a well-established, multi-disciplinary engineering group, is looking for a career-motivated and ambitious Associate Director or Associate Engineer wanting a step up to join them as they open up a new and exciting office in Newcastle. Joining at this early stage you can advise and influence on any final decision that is made
- so you will have ownership and input from the very beginning of their Newcastle adventure
You will engage in diverse projects encompassing commercial, retail, leisure, and residential developments, including notable high-rise and landmark structures.
Apart from team management, active participation in business and a pivotal role in the Group's future growth are expected.

This is a unique opportunity for you to shape the future of their new office, whilst receiving support and backing from the rest of the management team.
This position welcomes applicants from civil, structural, geotechnical, or traffic and transport backgrounds.

The role offers a competitive salary and benefits will be provided (together with a relocation allowance if you are relocating to join them)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £70,000.00 per year
