We are looking for an Apprentice to work directly with our founder and CEO.

The role is aimed at mentoring, passing on knowledge, education and training to rapidly upskill the next ambassador and future Director of In Motion.

It's a high profile position, created for someone with the ambition and a thirst for learning to ultimately grow and manage our entire European operation.

In Motion is a start-up specialising in software development recruitment and team scaling across Europe, with a focus on Scandinavian software companies.

We have over 15 years of experience in delivering large-scale digital team builds for high-profile businesses and fast-growing start-ups.

**On a daily basis, you will**

Initial 3 months:

- Training. Working closely with our CEO and senior leaders to learn. Learn about software, software products and and how they work. Who the major players in the market are, general skill sets within this market and where to find them.
- Action. Start researching & sourcing, search for talented software developers the world over, and engage with them to start a dialogue.
- Delivery. Acquire a keen eye for talent. Deliver profiles for screening and introduction to our client base.
6 months onwards:

- Delivery. Standalone full 360 recruitment consultant. Account Management, and achievement towards financial goals and deadlines.
1 year in, and the future:

- Training. Managerial and team lead principals. Business strategy and organisational growth.
- Action. Hire internally and grow your team, take on wider account management responsibilities and overall business strategy for Europe.
- Delivery. Deliver to financial objectives, and continue to build your team across Europe.
**The skills you will demonstrate**

Ideally have experience in sales or customer service.
- Recent Graduate.
- Passion or curiosity for software, technology or gaming.
- Ability to present yourself with eloquence and most importantly; kindness.
- Ambitious & Confident. Natural drive towards winning.
- Ambition to grow into a leadership position and take on responsibility.
- Invest in yourself and open to personal development.
