The HR Recruitment Apprentice will be responsible to support our recruitment team in the complete admin processes as well as other general HR activities.

You must be able to process information quickly and effectively to achieve our targets. And you must love working in a fun and rewarding environment especially when things go crazy.

- Hours**:37.5 hours per week**
- Shifts**:Monday to Friday - 08:30 to 17:00 - As per needs of the business**
- Course Available**:Business Administration / HR In People Practice**
- Good IT skills in outlook, word and excel
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
- Ability to work on own initiative and part of a team
- Ability to plan and prioritise workload
- Able to work towards tight deadlines
- Good timekeeping & attendance
**Accountabilities -**
**Recruitment**:

- Supporting line managers with job descriptions
- Posting adverts on job boards
Attend recruitment fairs & assessment days
- Maintain spreadsheets with daily updates
- Conduct Identity, Right to Work, DBS checks for all new starters
Work closely with the hiring managers on their vacancy needs, providing regular updates.
- Update the recruitment platforms
**Onboarding**:

- Carry out the security vetting of new employees in accordance with BS7858:2019 requirements using the PASS online system
- Arrange for new starters to attend Company induction including all on boarding documents
- Update Timegate as per HR requirements, including new starter details
- Issuing Contracts of Employment
**HR Administration**:

- Provide administration support during TUPE mobilisations, this includes attending TUPE consultation meetings
- Support the HR team with producing letters and other administration tasks if and when required
- Any other ad hoc duties
