Our Early Careers Talent Acquisitions Team is looking for a Recruiter to join our London team, to help expand our business by identifying, attracting and hiring top talent.
You will be essential to the Early Careers Talent Acquisitions team covering our Apprenticeship offering. You will need to thrive in a rapidly changing environment and develop creative strategies to attract and hire the best talent into the organisation. You will need to be energetic, collaborative, and strategic, and bring the highest quality candidates into our business.
We are a passionate and collaborative team, and we recruit across multiple business areas including Analytics and Sales, Data, Customer Support, News and Corporate Functions. We bring creative ideas, curiosity and insight to the table, backed up with market knowledge and a data-driven approach. The team sits within the wider Early Careers Business Recruitment that hires all year round. We are not your typical apprentice recruitment team so creativity is our strongest asset.
Help build our employer brand virtually and in person by building and delivering bespoke events
Partner with our internal Inclusion team and external organisations to improve and enhance recruitment strategy and attraction
Support the development of our interviewers through training and coaching
Stay in tune with external market factors affecting our business areas, identify new practices/trends, and leverage data to improve recruitment processes
Team up with HR Business Partners, Talent Development, Employee Relations, and other colleagues to support new and existing apprentices throughout the length of their qualification
Manage relationships with professional bodies, training and apprenticeship providers, creating the right in-house support frameworks than enable learners to fully participate and achieve success in their qualifications
Lead the Apprenticeships function end-to-end operational delivery, learner and employer support, quality and curriculum while driving long-term growth.
Excellent organisation, prioritisation, presentation and project management skills
Strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle a high volume (60+ roles filled per year), juggle various projects, and be efficient with your workflow
Flexibility to travel (this will be required during peak seasons)
