**Job Title**:Recruitment Apprentice

**Office Location**: Red Lion Square

**Contract duration**: 24 Months

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Data integrity - learn the importance of data throughout the recruitment process utilising our ATS (Application Tracking system) Jobvite
- Gain an understanding of the GroupM business, our agencies (Essence MediaCom, Wavemaker, GroupM Nexus, Mindshare and m/Six) and the specialist areas we recruit across - digital (Paid search, paid social, programmatic), Non-digital (Media planning, AV), early careers and data and technology.
- Represent the business to the highest degree of professionalism at all stages of the recruitment process

Required skills/ experience:

- Interested in beginning a career in talent acquisition with a keenness to learn
- Excellent organisation and time management with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes at one given time
- Reliance - the ability to overcome market and business challenges Be goal orientated with a drive to succeed
