We are currently looking for a **Recruitment and Resourcing Administrator** to join our team and play a key role in supporting the growth and success of apprenticeship placements through the ESFA Apprenticeship Project. **Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities:Recruitment and Resourcing**
- Advertise apprenticeship roles across multiple CRM platforms and social media channels.
- Ensure that all recruitment activities comply with ESFA guidelines and apprenticeship standards.
**Business Development**
- Actively engage with external businesses to identify apprenticeship opportunities and promote the benefits of hiring apprentices.
- Develop relationships with new employers and work with them to understand their staffing needs and apprenticeship requirements.
- Increase the number of employers offering apprenticeship opportunities, helping to expand the programme’s reach.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure apprentices are matched with the right businesses, based on their skills, interests, and career goals.
**General Administrative Support**
- Prepare reports and provide performance updates as required.
**Essential Qualifications and Skills**:
- **Experience**: At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, resourcing, or related administrative roles (experience with apprenticeships is a plus).
- **Social Media & Advertising**: Comfortable with advertising roles on social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and other job boards.
- **Organisational Skills**: Excellent time management and organisational abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- **Technology Proficiency**: Proficient in using CRM systems and office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
**Desirable Skills and Qualifications**:
- **Experience with Apprenticeships**: Understanding of apprenticeship programmes and ESFA guidelines would be beneficial.
- **Business Development Skills**: Experience in sales or business development and promoting services to external clients is a plus.
- **Relevant Qualification**: A qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar fields is advantageous but not essential.
