We are seeking a dedicated Fleet Administrator to join our team and provide a comprehensive fleet administration service. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that high-volume, key commercial fleet data is processed and updated in line with customer and legislative requirements. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date vehicle and asset information within the Zenith system.

Key Responsibilities:
Data Management: Ensure all vehicles and assets, including associated documentation, are accurately set up and maintained in a timely manner.

Compliance: Ensure all vehicles have their road fund license (vehicle tax) renewed as per legislative requirements.

Daily Operations:

- Manage vehicle information and add/amend customer information within the Zenith system,
- Ensure all new vehicles are setup or transferred to a different operating location on the Zenith system.
- Renew vehicle road tax monthly and process refunds when necessary.
- Manage vehicle information, such as CAZ (Clean Air Zone), MID (Manufacturers Insurance Database), and relevant Operator O' License detail.
- Ordering, amending, and cancelling customer fuel cards.
- Ordering and processing documentation such as VTG plating certificates, O' License discs, V5C's etc and providing to Customers when required.
- Handling and responding to all enquiries in a timely manner.
- Liaise with the DVLA/DVSA for required information.
- Open, sort, and sign for incoming post, distributing across the operation.
- Attend internal, customer, and supplier meetings to provide support.
