This is a fantastic opportunity to join a unique hybrid crisis team working within a small island population.
The multi-disciplinary team is made up of mental health nurses, social workers and senior healthcare assistants with experience ranging from newly qualified to 30 years plus. We are based next to the local inpatient hospital and see patients both at the CRHTT base and in the community as required.

**Hear from a Student Placement**
“I really enjoyed my placement at CRHTT. I gained a vast amount of knowledge and skills in relation to rapid assessment, risk management and treatment which will enhance my practice as a newly qualified mental health nurse.
The team were very supportive of each other when assessing and making decisions which I believe is very important, especially in this area of work. Each practitioner made me feel very welcome and encouraged me to seek as many opportunities as possible. I would encourage all future students to experience CRHTT.”
