Position Overview Community Mental Health Nurse – Havering Mental Health & Wellness Team (Central). Full‑time, 37.5 hours per week. You will be an integral member of our multi‑disciplinary team, coordinating a caseload of service users with complex and challenging needs and contributing to both physical and mental health interventions that support holistic recovery. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage a caseload of service users with complex needs. Deliver both physical and mental health interventions that support holistic recovery. Collaborate closely with colleagues across disciplines and partner agencies to provide recovery‑focused health and social care interventions. Ensure effective risk management and safeguard vulnerable adults. Provide managerial/clinical supervision to junior staff and mentor multi‑disciplinary students. Contribute to ongoing educational and research initiatives within the team. Qualifications & Experience Strong IT skills and experience using electronic patient record systems. Flexibility and the ability to adapt to the evolving demands of the service. Substantial experience in mental health services. Strong organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Sound understanding of evidence‑based practice within the Recovery Model of care. Benefits and Compensation High Cost Area Supplement – Outer London: 15% of basic salary (minimum £4,714 to maximum £5,941 p.a. pro‑rata for part time). Training and Induction All new employees join the Trust on the first Monday of each month and participate in a comprehensive induction programme lasting up to two weeks. This includes mandatory and systems training, provision of necessary equipment, and the opportunity to meet members of the Executive Team and senior managers. The induction programme is held at our Head Office in Rainham, Essex.
