If you are a registered professional with recent UK experience, eager to utilise your expertise in a supportive environment, we want to hear from you.Main Duties and Responsibilities:Manage a defined caseload with autonomy, taking responsibility for the assessment, treatment, and discharge of adults with complex mental health needs.Conduct comprehensive, evidence-based assessments and develop, implement, and evaluate effective, person-centred care plans.Provide a range of specialist therapeutic interventions to support recovery and promote well-being.Offer clinical supervision, specialist advice, and support to junior colleagues and multi-agency partners.Work collaboratively within a Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) to ensure the delivery of integrated, coordinated care.Act as a Care Coordinator under the CPA framework, ensuring high standards of record-keeping and communication.Uphold the principles of safeguarding, ensuring the welfare of vulnerable adults at all times.Person SpecificationQualificationsEssential Qualifications:Registered Mental Health Professional (e.g., RMN, Social Worker, OT) with a valid NMC or HCPC pin.Significant post-registration experience in a community mental health setting.Proven experience in managing a complex caseload autonomously.Recent and relevant UK experience within the last 12 months.In-depth knowledge of the Mental Health Act, Care Programme Approach (CPA) and Safeguarding.Excellent assessment, risk management, and care planning skills.Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational abilities.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of an MDT.Disclosure and Barring Service CheckThis post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions. #J-18808-Ljbffr
