HR Services Specialist

Key Responsibilities For This Role:
- Guide and support a small team to provide support to M&G Plc business both in the UK and Internationally on project activity
- Work with the HR Services team and HR Operations senior team to identify process improvements on service delivery model in HR
- Work closely with the core HR Services area who support HR and Pay related changes linked to the Employee Lifecycle ensuring all activities remain compliant and within policy, legislation, regulatory guidelines and risk appetite
- To support & participate in key BAU and Project runway within the HR Operations team
- Understand and be competent in all general tasks and processes within the team
Key Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Experience of HR administration and handling customer (internal or external) queries directly
- Project management experience
- Previous experience of utilising Workday is desirable
- Strong communication skills - written and verbal
- Experience of managing a range of projects, tasks and responsibilities within an HR environment
- Experience of managing is desirable
- A strong customer focus
Experienced Colleague:
- Accountable for management of a small team delivering a quality service on HR Services project activity to our customers and stakeholders
- Focuses on quality of delivery to achieve clear outputs within guidelines and precedent
- Manages and runs the organisation's processes and systems following pre-defined procedures on project activity
- Adapts to change, responds with initiative and make suggestions for improvements to own work and processes
