**Location**:Our office is based in Stirling with good access to motorway links in all directions. This role will involve **hybrid working**with the expectation of a minimum of 2 days based in the office. Please note, that during the first couple of weeks the expectation may be that more days will be spent in the office initially.

**Care Visions** is Scotland’s largest independent provider of residential care for children and young people and provider of Fostering Services. We deliver high quality, needs-led care using an innovative, trauma informed and nurturing approach.
Our HR Team have a responsibility to deliver a professional and supportive service to all our stakeholders within Children’s Services. You will work within a small, proactive, innovative and responsive team to provide administrative support to the HR and Recruitment team and to all areas of the business.
As the **HR Administraor**, you will play a key role working independently but also with the HR Team and the wider organisation and have accountability to ensure that you provide consistent and timely support to all our teams.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who had administrative experience and wishes to develop into a Human Resources role. You will have previous office administrative experience, with strong written and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. You should be proficient in the use of MS office suite and the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
This role is varied and will cover many aspects of HR, including, but not limited to:
- Providing end to end onboarding support for all new hires and ensuring the safer recruitment process is adhered to
- Preparing offer letters, contracts of employment, onboarding packs
- Communicating with new hires
- Maintaining accurate trackers
- Maintaining an up to date and accurate sessional lists
- Providing support to the HR and Recruitment functions.
