This is a Night Shift role working in the Office in Preston.
As a **Customer Service Representative ,** the role involves contacting customers to create a promise to pay date for their invoices. New invoices can be sent and changes in details discussed at this point if necessary.
**Primary Duties**:
- Experience working in a Credit / Collections environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Fluent in English and Portuguese (verbal & written)
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel)
