Account Manager (Trainee and Experienced)
We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Account Managers. Our company is a rapidly expanding equipment hire specialist that services the construction, FM, and events industries. This is a unique opportunity to join astart-up company that is on track to become an industry leader.
Working from our newly fitted out offices in Gunwharf, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and developing new business. This will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and providing exceptional serviceto ensure maximum profitability for the business.
As a trainee or experienced Account Manager, you will receive 1-2-1 training and support from our Directors to help you reach your full potential.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing multiple customer accounts and providing advice as appropriate
- Making outbound and inbound sales calls to generate new business and maintain existing relationships
- Attending industry-related events to network and build relationships
- Accurately recording information using in-house systems and maintaining customer CRM records
- Negotiating prices with suppliers and customers to maximize profitability
- Developing strong relationships and rapport with customers to ensure their satisfaction and continued business
