To work as part of the existing property management team
**Role Summary**
Typical tasks will include but are not limited to;
- Preparing and completing tenancy renewals
- Maintaining property inventories, testing schedules and property appliance register.
- Carrying out property inspections.
- Liaising with Tenants, in house and third party contractors to ensure all maintenance works are carried out in a timely manner and completed to a excellent standard
- Dealing with daily weekly and periodic responsibilities
- Filing and maintenance of data
- Dealing with deposit protection and release.
**Requirements**:
- Has an interest in the property industry
- Previous work experience would be helpful
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Experience working as a Property Manager within a office desirable
- Excellent customer service skills
- Is articulate and able to complete task
- Good communicator
- Good understanding of Microsoft and excel packages.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)

- Property Management: 3 years (preferred)
