- **The Sales Coordinator role**:_

**An exciting opportunity now exists to join our office-based** Sales team in Daventry. Our Sales Coordinators are at the forefront of our business. At Licharz, customer service is at the heart of everything we do, helping customers and surpassing expectations daily. You will need to have excellent communication & numerical skills, a proactive approach and the ability to effectively multitask.

Full training will be provided.

Previous experience in an Engineering / Manufacturing background would be an advantage.
- **Main Duties**:_
**- Handling incoming and outgoing customer phone calls.**

**-Creating and quoting customers promptly.**
**- Following up on quotations and gathering feedback.**
**- Organising shipments with couriers.**
**- Producing customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.**
**- Booking in stock.**
**- Ensure customer needs are communicated to all members of the sales team, warehouse & management.**
**- Stock management.**
**- Updating delivery program.**
**- Other general office duties.**
- **Essential Skills required**:_
**- Proficient in MS Office, including Word & Excel.**
**- An excellent communicator with a proactive approach and a can-do attitude.**
**- A clear & confident telephone manner.**
**- Able to work on their own and as part of a team.**
**- Excellent literacy and numeracy skills.**
**- Capable of managing own workload, particularly during busy periods.**
**- Good organisational skills.**
**- Good knowledge retention.**
- **Experience in B2B/B2C sales &/or experience from an engineering/manufacturing background would be an advantage.**_

**Full-time position - Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.**

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
