Antalis have an exciting opportunity to join their successful business, working with a friendly team of HR professionals to support our ambitious growth plans.

The role will have two key responsibilities:

- To provide Strategic HR Business Partner support to your Supply Chain Function
- Lead a team of 4 to deliver our overall HR Operational activities

This is an ideal opportunity for either someone who is working as a HR Business Partner in an operational environment, looking to add management responsibility to their CV, or someone who can demonstrate a HR Manager background but looking to expand theirskills into a strategic business partner position.

You will report directly to the HR Director, and operate as part of the HR Leadership Team as well as the Supply Chain Leadership Team.

We are looking for you to bring a growth mindset and a willingness to learn and develop throughout your time with Antalis, and a genuine desire to help those within your team to develop, grow and achieve their own ambitions.

Key Responsibilities of the role:

- Strategic Business Partner for our Supply Chain Function, part of their Leadership team
- Involvement and influence on key commercial decisions within the Supply Chain function
- Knowing or identifying the talent within the Supply Chain function, and work with managers to ensure retention and development of the identified talent.
- Supporting the workforce planning and recruitment for the Supply Chain function
- Accountable for all HR 'Operational' processes, ensuring we deliver consistently
- Developing the team through clear leadership and coaching practices
- Foster Strong Industrial Relations through Union stakeholder management.

**Benefits** This is a permanent position based at our Head Office in Coalville, Leicestershire and includes entitlement to a bonus scheme and car allowance. A range of other benefits are also available such as a company contributory pension, flexible holidays and acycle to work scheme.

**Essential Skills**:

- Experience in HR Manager or equivalent position, with operational management responsibility for a small team (1+) OR; HR Business Partnering experience, preferably within an logistics or operational environment.
- CIPD Qualified, or equivalent.
- Requirement to be flexible and prepared to undertake travel throughout the UK and Ireland (including overnight stays and unsociable hours) as required
