The Inn Collection Group is an award-winning hospitality company with inns across the north of England. As a brand marketing executive you will be responsible for helping to manage and execute our brand strategy, ensuring all marketing activity and campaigns are delivered to align with our core brand values. In this exciting role you’ll be vital within the marketing team to help to conceptualise, create and deliver marketing campaigns and promotions across various online and offline channels, whilst continue to grow the brand.

Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, the role requires a passionate and creative marketeer who can manage and prioritise their workload and time effectively.

**Your role will include**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategy
- Being the brand guardian for The Inn Collection Group
- Lead on branding for events and relaunches
- Work closely with designer on all design activity to create captivating materials whilst ensuring brand standards are followed
- Implement and audit brand standards across all inns
- Manage all advertising opportunities
- Create multi
- channel branded collateral to support company marketing campaigns, special offers, reopenings, F&B promotions and any other relevant activity.
- Manage all PoS
- Manage F&B menu design, creation and print
- Take ownership and report on RoI for individual section of marketing budget
- Support wider marketing team and relevant ad hoc work
- Work with the Senior Management and Marketing team to fulfil group KPIs
- Liaise with external stakeholders
- Be able to deal with high volume of work and meet tight deadlines

**Key skills we are looking for**
- Degree in relevant field (or equivalent)
- In-depth experience in brand marketing and strategy
- Excellent copy writing skills, attention to detail and impeccable grammar
- Confident user of Microsoft Suite
- Self-motivated and ability to work autonomously creating new opportunities
- Travel to sites when needed (expenses covered)
- Have a genuine passion for marketing and the hospitality industry

**What’s in it for you**

- HO based in Benton, Newcastle; however you will be required to travel and stay at inns across the North frequently
