Fronius is an international company with three business units: Perfect Charging, Perfect Welding and Solar Energy. At Fronius UK we are currently looking for a passionate Legal Advisor & HR Support person who will report directly to our Managing Director and suppport the management team on all areas of legal documentation.

**General Legal Advice**
- Checking various legal documents from third parties (customers, strategic partners, suppliers, contractors etc) for compliance with Fronius legal standards
- Reporting possible challenges in legal documents to the management and suggesting and negotiating contract changes with third parties
- Verifying and adaptation of corporate legal templates ( eg. NDS’s, T&Cs) in order to comply with UK regulation
- Keeping management updated with changes in laws and regulations that affect the business
- Contact person for external legal advisors
- Liaising with HQ Legal department on legal topics
- Advising on GDPR

**General Tasks**
- Shaping of social working environment and support in organising company events
- Organisation of employee celebratory activities (big birthdays, anniversaries)
- Company hospitality
- Organisation of international apprentices and visitors, inc flight, taxi, accommodation bookings
- Organisation of new employee benefits (e.g Cycle to work)
- Company Vision (Fronius Way 4) workshops/training
- Organisation of yearly Management Training
- Occupational Health testing/updates
- H&S training requirements (Working at heights, abrasive wheel etc)
- Organisation of other ad hoc training as required
- Organisation of new starter stationery and PPE
- Additional HR/Organization tasks when applicable/necessary

**HR absence cover tasks**
- Provide advice and support to the management team regarding matters of employment law (including contractual, general policy and procedural advice) to ensure compliance in all areas
- Employee data management on the Fronius HR Management software (Workday)
- Initiating offboarding processes
- Initiating New position requests on HR software and subsequent recruitment processes
- Management of annual leave requirements and absence recording system
- Administration of contracts, updating and processing relevant paperwork
- Dealing with general HR queries from employees and managers
- Create various management information reports
- Outlook diary management for HR manager

**Skills and experience**:

- University degree in any legal field would be preferrable, or relevant experience in a legal setting (e.g. Solicitors, legal advice firm)
- 3 or more years of professional legal experience
- Knowledge of contractual law and employment law
- HR and/or recruitment experience would be an advantage
- Good IT knowledge (MD Office)
