Talent is everything to us - our business is founded on our brilliant employee culture, and we have an exciting opening for a Administrator to join our Credit Control team.

The role will initially be home based during Covid but there might be some further opportunity for remote/home working in the future once initial training is completed successfully and normality is resumed.

This role is a 12 month fixed term contract.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Processing credit card payments via a virtual terminal occasionally
- Creating and updating internal reports on weekly figures
- Ensuring cheques are taken to the bank for clearing

**Hours of Work**

Standard hours of work are 37 hours per week; Monday - Friday

**Essential Skills, Behaviours and Experience**
- Excellent telephone manner
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic IT Literacy skills
- Works well under pressure
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic
- Strong organisational skills with a proactive approach to all tasks
- Experience in a telephone based role dealing with external customers

**Desirable Skills, Behaviours and Experience**
- Confident with Microsoft programmes including Excel, Word and Outlook
- Demonstrable experience of working successfully as part of a team
- Experience in a Credit Control role dealing with high volumes of payments
