Overview

We are seeking a proactive volunteer to support the planning and administration of our events. You will help ensure events run smoothly, from initial planning to post-event follow-up, allowing our team to engage effectively with the community.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with scheduling, planning, and coordinating events
  • Maintain event calendars and documentation
  • Prepare event materials, invitations, and attendee lists
  • Liaise with participants, volunteers, and external partners
  • Support on the day of events with registration, setup, and coordination
  • Collect feedback and help with post-event reports

Requirements

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, emails, and online tools
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Team-oriented and proactive attitude
