We are looking to recruit a Training Administrator who will be responsible for supporting the organisation’s training and development initiatives, ensuring training records are maintained accurately, and assisting with administrative tasks. This is a fixed-term vacancy to help support the department during a period of maternity leave.
This position will be joining our thriving UK medical device manufacturing company to work within our busy HR & Training Department.
**Desirable Experience/Qualifications**:
- Qualification or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in HR / Training administration, training coordination, or a related administrative role
- Knowledge and understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training processes
- Experience working in a highly regulated environment

- Able to multitask and prioritise workload
- Able to work independently as well as within a team
- Able to work effectively across a number of interrelated departments
- Self-motivated
- Keen and willing to learn
- Have a can-do attitude with an enthusiastic approach to work
- I.T. Literate - Microsoft Office
- Methodical, organised and structured approach to work
- Excellent attention to detail
- High level of commitment
- Good levels of English speaking
**Hours of Work**:
- 25 - 30 hours per week
- Monday - Friday preferred
