An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Administrator / HR Systems Administrator to join our thriving UK medical device manufacturing company to work within our HR Department on a fixed term basis of 12 months.

The job involves supporting our busy HR Department in general HR Administration including recruitment, maintenance of Employee data, and training. It also will involve the administration of HR Systems, including assisting with user enquiries during initial troubleshooting, carrying out functional testing and writing/updating relatable guidance and quality documentation so excellent verbal and written communication is required.

This is a varied role which will provide the ability to work alongside stakeholders of all levels of the business.

**Desirable Experience/Qualifications**
- Experience working with HR Management Systems
- CIPD Qualified
- Experience working in a similar role
- Experience working within regulated environments

**Location**: Head Office (Wokingham UK)
**Salary**: £20,000 to £25,000 per annum
**Job type**: Fixed Term Contract
**Hours**: 30 - 40 hours per week
