Digital Tonic are thrilled to be working with a charity that focuses on developing the skills of individuals and teams across a broad range of sectors (health and social care, local government, hospitality, and retailto name a few) to support the employees development, skills and learning through strategies for employers, training providers, public sector bodies and private companies.

We are looking for an Events and Marketing Executive to be responsible for leading on all event co-ordination across the company. In this role, you will develop and oversee events to support the promotion of products and services, and work closely with the rest of the marketing team to plan and promote events against strategic marketing plans.

**What experience are we looking for**
- Evidence of further education (A Level or equivalent, ideally in business, marketing, event management or similar)
- Event management including management of suppliers, venue’s, caterers etc
- Planning, implementing events including measuring ROI against event activity
- Aligning communications plans and approaches with an event schedule
- Event agenda management, including liaising with external speakers
- Demonstrable event management experience with a proven track record of delivering a range of B2B events, demonstrating excellent organisational skills
- Experience managing event suppliers, budgeting and event bookings
- A good understanding of event promotion, including digital communication
- Comfortable and confident managing the operational delivery of events, including promotion, planning, guests, logistics and on-the-day support
- Self-motivated, proactive and enthusiastic with a ‘can-do’ attitude

**How you’ll be rewarded for your experience**

You’ll be offered £24k - £28k, a hybrid working model (three days in the office and two from home) with a generous annual leave entitlement up to a maximum of 28 days, plus public holidays and a potential Christmas closure.
